1. 01What we collect

   • Account data: username, role, hashed password, invitation and acceptance records (notice version and time).
   • Report data: addresses you request, assumptions you change, saved versions and notes.
   • Appraisal requests: the property, intended use and users, lender details if you provide them, contact details and documents you upload.
   • Technical data: request logs used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.

2. 02How we use it

   To provide and secure the service, produce your reports, review appraisal requests and prepare quotes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. 03Who can see it

   Your reports, versions and uploads are visible only to you and to authorized VINDEX personnel. Appraisal requests may be shared with licensed appraisers only if and when an appraisal engagement is established with your consent.

4. 04Storage and security

   Data is stored on secured servers with access controls. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Uploaded documents are not publicly accessible.
